Skaneateles Area Arts Council is pleased to announce its third annual summer gala, A Mid-summer Night’s Dream, on Sunday, August 19, 2007.

Kitchell has received rave reviews from the media. Boston Globe Magazine stated “Kitchell brought down the house at Northampton’s Iron Horse Music Hall”; theLA Times said “her engaging voice is only one part of the package, add to that her songwriting (she has a catalog of 100 songs), her expressive interpretations, her sophisticated musical choices, and her slender blond beauty.” People Magazine stated “After her remarkably mature and poised debut, what appears to lie ahead is a lot more….with a knockout voice that evokes the smokiness of Norah Jones, the soulfulness of Joss Stone and the ethereal sweetness of Sarah McLachlan, Kitchell is destined for great things.”
