Want to Get Involved with The Arts in Skaneateles?

5 August 2014

The arts community in and around Skaneateles is a precious and fragile thing.  Supporting it requires a specific game plan and committed volunteers.  SKARTS is looking for some highly energized volunteers to help advance its mission.

To date, SKARTS has issued 63 grants to individual artists, arts organizations, choral groups, museums, schools, theaters, and other community non-profit organizations since the program was begun in 2006.

If you have specific skills in accounting, fundraising, organization and events planning, SKARTS would love to hear from you!

You can reach us by emailing HGregg3@gmail.com or calling 315-685-8336.

SKARTS, a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization, works to celebrate the visual and performing arts by creating an environment where cultural activity thrives in our community. The council presents cultural programming, offers free concerts at the gazebo in Clift Park, and issues grants to artists and arts organizations in the Skaneateles area.
