SKARTS 'N The Park - Free concert in Skaneateles, NY

The Skaneateles Area Arts Council (SKARTS) has presented free summer concerts at the gazebo in Clift Park by the lake for several years. These are extremely popular events and have grown in popularity to draw a crowd of about 1,000 fans in recent years.

2011 Entertainment

The Dean Brothers – The Sammy Lifetime Achievement Award-winning band was joined on stage by a few special guests, including George Rossi, the multiple Sammy Award-winning keyboard player and band leader of the legendary Shufflin’ Hungarians and Caroline Manring Dean.

Charlie Bertini’s Jazz Band – featuring Charlie Bertini (Horns), John Kane (Saxes), Dave Solazzo (Keyboard), Joe Whiting (Vocals), Loren Barrigar (Guitar), David Hanlon (Drums), and Ron France (Bass)

2008 Entertainment

In 2008, SKARTS presented the first edition of SKARTS ‘N The Park. An estimated crowd of 500 came by car, boat, bike and foot, and enjoyed the Maria DeSantis Orchestra and “Sinatra’s Faves”.
